Jack is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate and also practices in corporate and business law. He previously served as the firm’s President and Managing Director.

Jack helps clients negotiate, document and close complex residential and commercial real estate and finance transactions. He is experienced in all areas of acquisition, development, and disposition.

As of August 17^th, 2024 new rules rolled out that change how real estate agents are paid to help people buy and sell their homes.  Buyers now need to sign contracts before touring any homes and sellers will no longer automatically cover the costs of agent’s fees for buyers.

How is this playing out? What is the market doing to adjust? How will this effect the sales of R/E in trusts and estates?
